DRS Pest Solutions Terms & Conditions
Customer Cooperation
- Customers must ensure full cooperation from residents, employees, or community members.
- Furniture and personal items should be moved to allow the technician to perform the treatment.
- All areas (rooms, flats, cabins, etc.) must be accessible during the scheduled visit.
- If access is not provided, the service will be considered complete with no refund or rescheduling.
Service Scheduling
- Services will be scheduled during working hours.
- Follow-up visits or complaints/revisits are not provided on holidays unless additional charges apply.
Health & Safety
- Children, pets, senior citizens, asthmatic individuals, and those with allergies must stay away during and after the service until proper cleaning and ventilation are completed.
Important Safety Notice for Bedbug Control Service
- Our bedbug control treatment involves spraying the entire house, including walls, beds, cots, curtains, ceilings, and doors.
- The chemicals used are effective but may be harmful for a few hours after application.

Customers must strictly follow technician instructions and stay out of the house/flat for the required safety period.
Liability
- DRS Pest Solutions is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the service.
Address Change
- The contract applies only to the listed premises.
- If you move, a new contract must be signed, which may involve additional fees.
Contract Terms
- The contract is non-transferable and cannot be terminated before the expiry date.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in advance via cash, cheque, or UPI to "DRS Pest Solutions Services."
- The signed contract and payment must be received before the service begins

- For complaints, provide your name, address, and contact number via WhatsApp at +91 8500207622.
- Keep your contract and payment receipt for verification.
Agreement Overrules Past Terms
- This contract replaces all previous agreements, whether written or verbal.
Structural Damage Disclaimer
- DRS Pest Solutions is not liable for damage to building structures (walls, rooms, flats, etc.) during service.
Customer Presence
- A representative must be present during the service for safety and security.
- This representative will be considered the authorized signatory for the contract.
Service Guarantee Limitations
- We are not responsible if service fails due to non-compliance with instructions or if treated areas are disturbed (e.g., washed, painted, or altered).
- Service will not be provided if the warranty period has expired, even by a single day. The warranty period begins from the date of service.
Communication Disclaimer
- Customers may receive transactional or promotional SMS/calls from DRS Pest Solutions.
